LEADERSHIP

Bill & Marilee Menser have been married for 23 years and have two amazing teenagers. They have been actively involved at New Day since 2004, always motivated to serve and lead fueled by their love for Jesus.  They thoroughly enjoy their church family and are dedicated to leading them toward wholeheartedly following God, finding complete freedom from sin, and living up to their fullest potential in Christ.

Carrie has a passion for leading people into the presence of God. It is her desire that every person who attends New Day's services has a genuine encounter with the Holy Spirit during worship. She serves in a volunteer capacity on staff, and joyfully invests time in raising up her Worship Team members. Carrie and her husband Greg's two beautiful daughters and two adventurous sons are the most important people in their active lives.

Kathy is a volunteer on staff who energetically serves in many capacities at New Day. She is a member of the preaching team, directs the women’s ministry, leads a community group, and has a passion for missions. You will often find her taking time to connect with people to offer prayer, encouragement, or practical help. Kathy is married to her husband, Ray, and has 5  wonderful children and 10 amazing grandchildren.

Lewis was hired in 2022 after studying and leading for 3 years at the Catch the Fire School of Ministry in Toronto. Lewis serves primarily as youth leader, graphic designer, and weekly prayer co-leader. His responsibilities cover a wide range of ministry, including leading the discipleship aspect of the Men's Residency Program at our Vine Ministry Center. Lewis has a passion for people to have a genuine relationship with God and his church.

Diane is a longtime member of New Day and has worked as bookkeeper and in administration for the past 15 years. Diane has a knack for keeping everyone on track with her organized systems and lists. Nothing delights her more in this job than lightening another's load by offering helpful support to our staff and congregation. Diane and her husband, Jim, are enjoying this stage of life with their 5 amusing adult children. 

Justin is on staff in a volunteer capacity and is a longtime member of New Day. He serves as a primary worship leader and runs the young adults community group. You can often find him asking thought provoking questions that encourage people to think deeply in order that spiritual health and growth might be produced in their life. Most recently he took on the role of design & aesthetics to improve our house of worship.
